We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with Canonical's large enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the post-sales relationship for strategic enterprise accounts
- Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Identify expansion opportunities and upsell potential
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams
- Monitor customer health and proactively resolve issues
- Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS, open-source, or cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts effectively
- Data-driven approach with experience using CRM tools.
