Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, open-source, or cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts effectively
  • Data-driven approach with experience using CRM tools.
